The New ADoR

Bonjour everyone and welcome to the new ADoR. This is the backup one I was supposed to be working on have somewhat worked on over time. Everything from the old ADoR is on here except for the reviews because they are being rewritten. Hopefully this shall go better than Webs! Please spread the new url around!
